“The hotel was excellent in every aspect: location, atmosphere, food, and service. Everything was fine. However, outside the hotel, on the city streets, it was very dirty and neglected. There was a lot of vegetation along the streets, which gave a poor impression of a tourist spot with beautiful beaches.”

“The resort was very clean. Many options for dining, make sure you make your reservations online so you don’t have to wait. Events like the magic show were super fun and entertaining. The pools weren’t too crowded, you can easily find spots to sit. The beaches were absolutely stunning and clean. Our room was upgraded and had an ocean view, it was cleaned daily with no issues. I will definitely be back! ”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
