“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. “EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.”

“Housekeeping staff may want to consider making up the bed with the clean flat sheet first and then placing the comforter over after, and not the other way, which is what the currently do. Guests always want the clean, laundered sheets against their skin and not the comforter, which is not cleaned regularly. Otherwise, everything is spectacular and we will be back again! ”
