"lo tome como un family hotel 5 stars pero para mi no cumple en nada el concepto que tengo como family hotel. me cambie por eso ,era un viaje para mis hijos de 3 y cinco años para que tuvieran de todo para ellos en piscinas comidas etc. al final lo logre en otro hotel. para mi nao cumple como para un hotel family.,sigue siendo un hotel normal para cualquiera."

"Everything was great. Very family friendly with plenty of amenities. Raul at family select concierge was helpful at each and every step. He made pur daughter's birthday special by getting a cake and making dinner reservations. He was humble, polite, smiling and welcoming no matter the time of day or night. He was always reachable via WhatsApp. The overall hospitality at this resort was top notch. Ty for memorable vacation!!!"

"The place feels like an overpriced tourist trap. The people working there were not very friendly and seemed understaffed for the amount of people at the resort. Half the water slides wouldn’t be open throughout the day and the food is so expensive and mostly not very good. The rooms need a revamp and the entire experience feels manufactured."

"Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers something for everyone. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pools, beach, restaurants, and amenities exceeded our expectations. Every area of the resort was clean, well-organized, and designed to create a relaxing and memorable experience. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. Traveling with our family, we truly appreciated how family-friendly the resort was while still feeling luxurious and upscale. The views were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere made it difficult to leave. We created memories that will last a lifetime and would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, for an unforgettable vacation. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Nassau, Bahamas!"

"I like the wrist band we got at front desk that was able to use as a keycard to get in room. I don’t like all the extra charges. There was a charge for parking, hotel amenities charge per night and then security deposit in case damage to room. We do get security deposit back."

"Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasn't a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up."
