"First time in Nassau , Bahamas so we upgraded our stay from Margaritaville Hotel to One Particular Harbour (part of Margaritaville)
One Particular Harbour: staff to check in was amazing! The 24 hour pool was amazing! Walking distance to beach right by the gate! You get full access to British hotel pool & beach side!
We are glad that we upgraded to One Particular Harbour by paying extra vs staying at Margaritaville Hotel. First off staff was very rude at check in at Margaritaville! Not welcoming & no help! Spent whole next day at Margaritaville pool. The pool was very dirty! It wasnt 24 hours as advertised! Food was horrible & drinks just filled with sugar yet also overpriced! I would rate Margaritaville overall as hotel 3/5. Be careful with tabs they already include 15% tip automatically & staff expects another 20% tip for horrible service & horrible food quality!!!!! Tourist trap!!!
We stayed 8 days total so we spent all the other days at One Particular Harbour side pool & Brittish Colonial pool/beach. We regret not stating at British Colonial their food , drinks & staff was way better! If I ever go back I will stay at One Particular Harbour (upscale Margaritaville) or British Colonial!
Stay away from Margaritaville as far as the hotel side. Its just not worth it."
