“I think you will find this review to be very consistent with others. Wonderful property, rooms, and overall experience. Their check-in process needs work. If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. ”

“Very clean, beautiful view, big shared kitchen. good comms with team, tho some repeated messages from what seems to be an AI checkin ? You have to sit outside until you do a lot of paperwork and pay them an extrat $19 cleaning fee not seen in the listing. Also the kitchen is huge big and top notch but it is limited - for example it only has one small bent frying pan.”

“De entrada nos recibieron muy bien, don Juan muy amable y servicial. El bungalow impecable y cómodo. Muy lindo y con un tamaño excelente. El área donde están tiene muchas plantas ornamentales y rodeada de árboles donde se pueden apreciar los monos. Toallas y ropa de cama de excelente calidad. El aire acondicionado enfría todo el bungalow. Me encantó y seguro regresaría nuevamente!”
