“It is a somewhat updated property. They have very limited TV channels and very poor reception. The front desk was very friendly. If you are going to the Caverns it is within 14 minutes. Don’t expect much.”

“The breakfast was decent. It had the same thing every morning, but it was biscuits and gravy, waffles, bread/toast, eggs, etc. We use the pool, the hot tub, and the laundry room. It was really close to the zoo and about 45 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Carlsbad again. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish they had converted from coin operated laundry machines to app operated machines. That was probably the only drawback from the...

“Room was large, very clean, Landscaping was meticulously maintained. Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had a loose toilet seat and to my surprise it was repaired within 15 minutes of call. Due to the inconvenience we received a voucher for a free dinner at the their restaurant. Anything on the menu to include a full fresh salad bar. Absolutely amazing food and service!! Definitely recommend staying here and trying their restaurant..”
