"When I was trying to check in there was a woman in pyjamas who had been locked out her room. It was only 6pm but the front desk was closed and she was desperately trying to call the emergency number. No one answered and there was no way to leave a message, other than through expedia (they did not answer until the following morning) and when I left an hour later she was still trying to get help. The shower on my floor was broken, and I never did see anyone at the front desk."
