“This was a sweet little hidden gem near Monterey! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. It's near everything but away from the crowds. The staff was great and super helpful. (Every hotel needs an Emerson. He's the best!) Bring snacks or be ready for a little drive for more food options, but it's not too bad. Don't miss the Monterey Bay Eco Tours tour of the Elkhorn Slough! It's nearby, and a fun educational experience for the whole family. We'll be back and stay again. Cheers!”

I read reviews about how the walls are paper thin and its really loud and I was worried. The walls were really thin and I could literally hear everything from neighbors, but it was not a big problem for me cause they all became quite after 10pm. I had my earplugs for sleep. I guess it really helped. Welcome cookies, wine, and the breakfasts were good. I'd stay here again if I visit carmel by the sea. Its a lovely town and everywhere is ultra pet friendly."
