“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans.

“Great area, was quiet. Walkable distance to all the fun things nola offers. Super friendly and helpful staff, and they had a great breakfast selection”

“This is my 7th time coming back. The rooms are great, the front desk is great, the staff are amazing, the location is prime. This has become my go to hotel when visiting for the week”

“Amazing and adorable. Wish there was a TV outside for the jacuzzi or BBQ outside”

“If you like something special, you should stay here. I have traveled many cities and stayed at many hotels but this one was the best. Very clean, cozy, and people are incredibly kind. Parking is available and it is close to French quarter. Staying in this old church made me feel that I'm in the 17-18 century. Great experience. I have nothing to say about any inconvenience. ”
