โLoved our stay...especially Shontria at the front desk! She was so accommodating...extremely pleasant and made great food recommendations too. LOVED HER !!! She even sent champagne up to our room since it was a 40th bday surprise for my boyfriend. โ
โIf you like something special, you should stay here. I have traveled many cities and stayed at many hotels but this one was the best. Very clean, cozy, and people are incredibly kind. Parking is available and it is close to French quarter. Staying in this old church made me feel that I'm in the 17-18 century. Great experience. I have nothing to say about any inconvenience. โ
โIdeal location to visit The Aquarium. Also the Bienville trolley line station in walking to take you to the French market area. The building is lovely.โ
โStaff were pleasant. Room clean. The free coffee and two cocktail vouchers were great and added a nice touch. I would stay here again. No issues!โ
โAbsolutely wonderful stay! The building was old and classy, there was a cute pool, powerful air-conditioning, free bottled water, and it was a quick walking distance from shops and restaurants. The best part has to be the friendly staff, and the three cats in the lobby! โ
โWill stay there again. Excellent property and wonderful staff. It can get noisy on Toulouse, so if youโre an early to bed person- grab some earplugs. โ
โI wish I could give more than 5 stars based on amenities and customer service alone. We stayed in the iberville tower. The room was a bit small, but it literally did not matter. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was above accommodating to any need that arose, and it is by far my favorite place I have stayed in New Orleans. This was my 8th trip here, as the city calls me back often and I like to try to stay somewhere different each time. It will be difficult for me to find any reason...
โWe stayed for 4 nights near the end of September. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were great! Also, whoever was answering my texts were also very helpful.
We stayed in a queen suite room, highly recommend.
The pool and hot tub area was quaint, perfect for the whole setting / ambience /vibe of the Kasa and New Orleans.
There was a rooftop bar area which was closed, but honestly, there are enough bars around the area, that we didn't need another one, lol.
Great place, and...
