"The property is well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. Location is great only a short distance from the main train station and Krakow old town. The only slight downside is the location of the plug sockets making it slightly difficult to use straighteners with uk plug near a mirror. Other than that everything was excellent "

We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. MICHELIN RATED RESTAURANT POD NOSEM RESTAURANT IS THE MAIN FLOOR. Unbelievable value. "

"Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
