"The place is cozy. The hotel is a bit neglected, and the rooms could use some renovation. The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). "This is an amazing hotel is in the city center, very safe location, convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, places of interest and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Andres helped us with our luggage and gave us some information about the area and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and with an incredible view of the Plaza de Toros. "
