The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.

โWe enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. Iโd highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isnโt the place for you as itโs near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! โ

Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
