La señora de la recepción bastante desagradable, rechazó mi reserva sin mayores explicaciones ni opciones de solución, no tiene la más mínima idea de servicio al cliente, nula comunicación con Expedia, aún espero un reembolso completo y alguna compensación por el perjuicio que me causaron.
