Lovely hostess and good breakfast. A train is nearby, we were not used to the sound. Handheld sprayer in tub, no shower. Very comfortable room. Historic home.

The owners of Adair Manor were so sweet and even gave us a tour of the home when we arrived. They served a delicious breakfast in the morning and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly suggest staying here!!

Owners were so nice to spend time with. Excellent breakfast of scrambled eggs, hash browns and home made biscuits and strawberry/fig jam. Arrival had warm home made cookies prepared.

The couple who own the property met us when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome.They gave us a tour of the property and a little of it’s history.The room we had was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very good and at the time of our choice.

Although we had a prepaid confirmed reservation, no A/C was on upon our arrival. The outside temp was around 90 degrees so the room was quite warm. Since the A/C unit was near the 12ft ceiling level and given that heat rises and the unit had to work hard to cool the room, it did not reach a comfortable overall room temp until approximately 1 am, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Admittedly, I probably did not do my homework prior to booking the Magnolia room in order to realize that it had no shower, only a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower wand but no shower curtain to control the water spray and no non-slip mat in the bottom of the tub (Not a good situation for a 78yr old 6ft 230lb male attempting to shower without falling and/or flooding the bathroom floor). The room itself was beautifully appointed, and the property owners are a lovely couple. However, if you have any physical or mobility issues whatsoever, I cannot recommend the Magnolia Room for the above reasons. This review is in no way intended to be critical of the owners because they have a lovely property. It was unfortunately just not a good fit for us. However, if your priorities are to experience a stay in a beautiful property and are willing to overlook the inconveniences previously mentioned, this property is definitely worth checking out. It shows well from the street and has been lovingly and immaculately restored.

The Hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious and inviting. (The antique claw foot tub and hand-held shower was a little intimidating though!) No problems with the internet access. Highly recommend!

The owners of this property were such a lovely, warm, and welcoming couple. The room was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We were treated to an extremely large and delicious breakfast. Truly filled with Southern charm and would highly recommend!

A delightful stay in a most beautiful home with charming and loving hosts. Would recommend to all my family and friends. You don’t want to miss the charm and courtesy of the owners and their over the top B&B. A must stay when getting out of the Atlanta area. Fantastic historical home. Super friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Our only let down was the room we stayed in is advertised as having a half bath, which i think sould be a toilet and shower. All it had was a toilet and sink. I believe that would be a quarter bath.
