"The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very friendly and informative. The suite was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The resort is very dark at night and there are no sidewalks except near the falls. There are several restaurants that are open during the day but they all close by 5pm except for the expensive fine dining and the Point in a thyme. This was always sold out. The first night we sat at the bar but the service was very slow and we had a hard time getting our check. Plan on eating off property. The resort was conveniently located to places we wanted to go to. We would stay here again. "

"YIKES! This is a low budget hotel. Thread, bear sheets and towels. Burn holes in the carpet. Toilet roll holder off the wall. They did have a They did have a pool and a Jacuzzi in good shape. Away from everything except the waffle house and a coffee stop. Probably worth the price, but I won’t recommend it to"

"The person at the front desk literally said nothing when we checked in. He grunted and gave me the key. Elevator did not work. Phone did not work. TV did not work. Front desk grunter handed me a paper and grunted something. Stay way."

"In all my years of coaching (15 years), I have never had such an unsafe, dirty, and terrible experience with a hotel. We had 16 rooms and the price was very affordable but the pictures catfished what was really offered. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. There was no soap in the rooms (even hand soap), bugs in the rooms and in a few beds, NO HOT WATER, not enough towels (the crew said “we are at capacity - but we found a giant bin full of dirty towels that were not washed for multiple days). Our teenagers had a man and women employee just walk into rooms without knocking and when questioned about it the hotel employee said “that didn’t happen.” This is an embarrassment of a property that is no higher quality than a 1-star hotel. We were stuck there because we paid for it and with 45 high school athletes. We couldn’t afford to lose the money and change hotels. NEVER stay at this location unless you want to feel dirty and unsafe without any customer service. "

"This place was aweful. Walked into my room with my son to stains on the bed, splatter on the lamp, floor, walls and even a hole in the door etc. The lobby smelled like weed. Checked back out within 5 minutes of seeing the room. "
