I liked the location, although it was away from the main tourist areas. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. The room itself was small and a bit shabby, but comfortable enough. There was renovation going on but it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, i enjoyed my stay

Hotel Ok. Maybe overrated in terms of price/quality. The zone: so ugly and sooooooooo dirty. So much garbage smell all over the square with people peeing on the streets. Impossible to walk more than 5 minutes. Breakfast Ok, acceptable.

Terrible stay
When we checked in the host seemed nice. After we got to our room we found out there was no air conditioning. The shower was so tiny that you couldn’t turn around in it. They offered two small towels. In regards to the “airport shuttle” it is a taxi they call and they charged us 300MAD when it says 250MAD in the website. There was no locks on the balcony door and it is in a very run down area. It was definitely not a 3.2/5 as the rating shows.

Clean good condition but staff off hand and restaurant guy was rude had a attitude and because of Ramadan there was no food anyway - he very reluctantly got us a coffee which was not great anyway. Nowhere inarea to purchase food morning or night except a bakery in afternoon and a small supermarket but nowhere to eat even after dark.

It was perfect hotel
It’s wonderful hotel, nice and clean and so affordable. Rooms are like 4 star hotel in Morocco. I highly recommend this hotel

Basic but good
It was good enough for us. But don't expect too much! Everything is basic, no hair dryer, no minibar etc. But it was clean and the breakfast was ok too.

Reasonable option
It’s maybe one of those reasonable option in the area. Room is clean and ok location, view is not great but accessible by taxi and acceptable. Stuff was ok but not much friendly or helpful.

Kind of depressing
Although there was nothing in my room that was too bad, and the bed was neat and clean, the hotel in general was getting pretty run down. The corridor lights that only lit up when you walked through the corridor meant that the corridors were mostly dark. A discarded dinner plate and stains on the floor did not add to a sense of cleanliness, but when the food was still sitting out there 10 hours later, it didn't make me feel great about their service.

Ok for travelers on a budget
Most of the staffs are helpful in locating surrounding resources such as taxi, where to find food etc. Some are not that friendly or helpful. Beware of the airport taxi drivers, once you get into the taxi and half way to the hotel then they start to demanding additional fare over and above the recommended fare from airport to the city.

Clean hotel and room. Quiet. In an industrial area. Good enough for very short stay. Perfect for 2 nights while commuting by train to other areas of Morocco.

Great Value for Casablanca
The location is a bit inconvenient, but it is a great value hotel. The condition was very clean and comfortable, with easy access in and out of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and always available. It was a perfect and private place for me and my partner to stay. Taxi drivers don't always know the location, but if you tell them it is a hotel in "Rouche Noir" they can usually find it.

The reason this hotel is worth staying at is the nice woman who works in the daytime. She helped my sister and I figure out the city map and the tram schedule. She also helped us with prayer times and went above and beyond to help us. Room was good. Was not able to say thank you to the staff woman--thank you if you read this!

Christmas / Birthday trip December - CASABLANCA
The weather was warm . sunny most days- no rain for duration , the standard of driving left much to be desired - terrible, everyone appears to have a death wish , the ladies have beautiful dark eyes. out of 10 - 7 over all - unlikely to return !!

worst hotel ever
Applaud. the hotel picture on the websites looks nice, and to be honest the rooms are not that bad. but the neighborhood is dangerous. why would you stay at this place? yes its abit cheap, but pay abit more for a better hotel. the staff here are so rude, and not helpful at all. we found a cockroach in one of the rooms, but they just came and killed it. we initially stayed for 7 days. but after 2 days we went to Marrakesh and loved it there. I dont understand why anyone would stay in this area other than being desperate.

Nice rooms, decent breakfast, good value for money. A bit out of the centre and it isn't the hotels fault that Casablanca is about as enjoyable as going to Birmingham on holiday.
