"Our room's AC did not work. The hotel is in a convenient location walkable to Trevie fountain but the hotel staff is not very friendly. We did not have a good experience with the staff. Rooms are clean would not stay here again. Fyi they will not let you check in early or a late check out. Hotel is walkable to metro. "

"Room was great. Very modern and clean, although hot water wasn't always available. Close to the metro (less than 5 minutes walk), there's a nice grocery store around the corner, and it was very easy to access the sights we wanted to see in Naples."
