"Really easy check-in instructions .. super house and grounds, great historical background - spotless! No staff on-site, as all arrangements were completed via email and text, but the one small question I had was quickly answered by the phone number included in the welcome info. Great experience- would certainly book again! 👍"

"Haven't been there for awhile but breakfast has changed. There was no fruit like there used to be( I like to grab a banana and orange). They have this pancake maker that takes forever and spits out silver dollar pancakes when they used to have a few waffle maker. They see you eggs and sausage when you used to drive your own. They used to have a cappuccino maker but no longer. Disappointed 😞"

"Just what the doctor ordered. My husband and have been spending a lot of time at the doctor's this past year. We found a couple of days to drive up to Duluth. We chose this hotel beause we wanted to be on the water. This place is perfect! From the moment we drove into the parking lot we knew we made the right choice. My husband especiall enjoyed the "US Coast Guard" Ship outside our window and patio. Extra special were the gluten free options they had at breakfast. Easy walk to Canal Park and 5 minute walk to the beach with miles of Lake Superior shoreline."

"We had a great view. The place was spotless. Furniture was good. Bed was a little more firm then my preference, but not terrible. Front desk staff recommended a nice Mexican restaurant and it was great. My only real complaint is there is not an ice machine. You can make ice in the room with ice trays, but didn't realize that until after dinner, and needed ice then."
