"The reception desk attendant when we checked in was world class!! She was truly incredible and so helpful. She suggested restaurants and activities and ways to better enjoy ourselves in the area. We probably talked with her for 20 minutes. Absolutely lovely woman. We found when we checked out that her mom was working the reception desk on the day shift. We definitely told her what a great human she had raised.
The one area we chuckled to ourselves was how irritated the computerized elevator...

"Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff.
We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay."
