โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

โI found it easy to park; the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful; the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
On the down side, I was in room 244 and I think that you could do more to make the wee patio area more attractive as it is a brilliant asset but very underdeveloped. Additionally the shower room needs attention as there's a poor standard of finish which could be easily sorted out when it's next vacant. Overall, a really great stay!โ
โIt is the most beautiful hotel - unlike any other. You have to see it to believe it. I have stayed in plenty of fancy places but this is far superior and not all that expensive. Highly recommended!โ
โWe only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Boโness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.

โThe hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities.
