“mainly fine - the hotel is quite dated but very clean and comfortable, the pool area was fine but loungers were limited (only 4), we were given a slot to attend for breakfast but had to wait 30 mins for a table as they forgot about us, there didn't seem to be sufficient staff as loads of tables left uncleared, at the bar it was £5 for a coffee and £4 for a small bag of crisps (didn't buy on that basis) but alcohol and other foods were reasonably priced.”

“Brilliant idea letting out students rooms at the summer break, beautiful settings and loads of amenities locally. The “Scran”restaurant brilliant,tasty food and great staff and prices. There is a shop and a chemist on grounds. Scenery beautiful.rooms basic and comfortable.communal area for making lunch,tea etc My only criticism would be maybe too basic rooms,no hand towels or anywhere to put your shampoo etc in shower. “Hi son stayed for 3 weeks, first week room not cleaned 2nd week maids went in and cleared all his stuff out even though he was booked in for another 2 weeks. Would not use again.”
