โThe room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darknessโ
โThey told us up front there was no A/C, but we figured, 70 and raining would be fine. Well was 79 and sunny, and with only one tiny window that only opened 2 inches, the place was like sweatbox.
The upside, is that the staff were wonderful!
The restaurant next door has a great pub, and excellent fish and chips!โ
โWe arrived here around 3.00 am following a later flight into Edinburgh. Checking in was straight forward. Room was everything we needed for an overnight stay with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the big bathroom and roomy shower. We asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11.00 am in view of the fact we would have had so little sleep and they said we could which helped us immensely as we had a long drive home that day.โ

Ample parking spaces, great signage to reception. Warm welcome and informative overview of WiFi, amenities and where my room was.
My room was so lovely, great view with nobody behind me and had all I needed The Elemis toiletries were gorgeous, the shower (albeit slow) was super toasty, plush towels, and the robe/slippers just finished it off.

โCommunicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
dirty stains on...
