โHad a great night stay in this old-looking building. The deco inside the building is very Scottish. The room came with 2 sparkling water and chocolate snack. One minus point is the clothes hanging place is small, thereโs no cupboard. The location is 15min drive to Stirling Castle. โ
โGreat location, great host, great breakfast, great parking, great atmosphere & sunsets. Comfortable common areas with tea/coffee & treats. Great artwork everywhere. Our room was spotless with access to a patio & Laura's manicured gardens. โMeadowpark was superior to comparable properties. Staff were friendly, bar and restaurant were excellent, free breakfast provided to our room was superb and even the TV had a wide range of channels. I would rate MP the best hotel we stayed at during our three week holiday.โ
โFriars Wynd hotel was an incredibly unique boutique hotel on my 3 week UK road trip. Within this area parking is very limited, but there was a car park within 100 feet of my door. There is free parking after 5 PM I think? Until about 8am? Which was completely acceptable. โIt is little difficult to discover the hotel that is not very different from other houses in the village, Stirling. As a traveller, however, it is the good example to know the structure of typical houses which is located at Scotland Suburb Village. The room has wonderful interior and soft bed. The breakfast is wonderful, especially Traditional Scotland Morning Set. โ

โWe had a beautiful stay. It was in the countryside, and only 5 min from the small town of Dryman. Gordon, our host, was excellent - cooked a great breakfast, was attentive to every need and request, and offered up great suggestions for things to do. We stayed 2 nights and we couldnโt have been happier with our choice!โ
โWe picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and we weren't disappointed. We could easily walk out of the terminal, through a parking garage, and directly to a path that took us to the hotel. They also have a restaurant right near the lobby check-in counter and serve food until fairly late in the evening. Coming from the airport and then going back again in the morning for another flight was really easy. โ
โIt is the most beautiful hotel - unlike any other. You have to see it to believe it. I have stayed in plenty of fancy places but this is far superior and not all that expensive. Highly recommended!โ
