“Room was clean, they could have offer some breakfast options or something to eat for dinner cause we came late in the night from the airport and we couldn’t find anything around the area for food in the night. Overall was okay for short stay. The staff was friendly. ”

“The room was basic but contained everything I needed. I had a garden view on the top floor which was lovely. The air con worked fine and so I kept windows closed which had the added benefit of keeping mosquitoes / bugs out. Having my pot of tea and biscuits in the room each night was a nice touch. “Overall it was not a pleasant experience from the minute we checked in. I was abandoned during the check in for thirty minutes. When the clerk came back the apology was not acceptable and offered nothing to smooth it over. I hoped that would be it and could move on but turned out that was only the beginning.
