“Clean and spacious basic room. Can’t beat the location walkable to restaurants boardwalk and beach. Nice pool but didn’t use. Hotel staff are not warm or friendly- we don’t take this personally bc that’s only a reflection of them right? We had the same experience at another hotel close by. WiFi is weak. That’s said we’d def stay again when visiting the shore!”

“It is in a great location, close by 7 eleven, the boardwalk with Town festival, Walgreens, liquor store, etc. highly recommend for staying a weekend. and the parking was perfect for my 2 cars.”

“Pros: Loved the location. You can park the car and leave it there all week. Staff wonderful. Semi-Cons: It's an older motel. Rooms were a little outdated. No microwave to warm up leftovers. Every time you turn the bathroom light on the LOUD fan goes on too. You can't turn the fan off unless the light is turned off. None of the Semi-Cons would keep me from coming back. The location and staff will have me coming back in the future.”

“From the moment I arrived, I was already impressed and then I walked inside and it blew me away. Melissa the Caretaker of the house was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. The house had 2 full baths- I oversized tub and 1 w/ a very spacious shower. There were plants throughout the house adding to the already positive vibe and we were greeted with special pastries and given free reign of the kitchen. “Well upon arrival was almost charged way over what was quoted. Beach tags not available when it says they are. No ice machine! Room had a slight smell and AIR CONDITIONER not working right. Also you have to go to another office to check in Sea Gem office not open and no one available at that property. But I will say that it is very close to beach and all in all had a wonderful time with my granddaughters. Would choose again now that I know the right way to do things at this property. Enjoy your...
