“I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be changed, but I was told that all the beds in the hotel were the same. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I was supposedly staying in one of the hotel’s best rooms. I expected a much higher level of comfort, especially considering the quality of the room I had booked”

“O hotel é antigo e o quarto no qual fomos acomodados (eu e meu marido) é muito velho. Estava em condições duvidosas de limpeza (principalmente o chão e o box do banheiro). Eu havia reservado um quarto de casal standard, porém fomos alocados num quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Como havíamos chegado quase meia note, não tive energia para descer à recepção para reclamar, devido à exaustão do vôo, pois havíamos feito conexão. Colchão péssimo. Café da manhã bastante razoável. As fotos da propaganda...

“호텔의 로비와 카페는 아주 훌륭했지만... 세먄대에는 녹슨물이 나와서 얼굴이 뒤집어졌고, 비바람이 심하게 몰아치는 날이면 고층 건물인 호텔과 바로 옆 건물이 아주 가깝기 때문에 바람소리가 엄청나게 심해 잠을 잘 수 없음.”

My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous.”
