The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, e grande, tem bastante espaço, mas esta totalmente abandonado, sujo demais. O ar condicionado do meu quarto estava vazando com força. A ponto de molhar as minhas malas só no tempo em que fui tomar banho. Fui até a recepção e a equipe que me atendeu me ofereceu como solução um balde !!! Depois de recusar essa proposta, por razões óbvias, insisti para que me trocassem de quarto e, depois de muito insistir, finalmente me colocaram num quarto para solteiro, menor do que o quarto que eu havia locado, sob o pretexto do hotel estar lotado. Ao final, no checkout consegui falar com a responsável pelas estadias e satisfação dos clientes. Ela me ouviu, me atendeu super bem e, acredito que se ela estivesse no turno, quanto eu tive esse problema, ela teria resolvido fácil. O problema é que fui atendido por um time limitado ao extremo.
