"This place was fantastic, food and service were great. Was the best resort we saw on the island. Literally our only complaint was we booked here specifically and in the specific room type for the thatched roof experience. Confirmed twice that our room would have the thatched roof inside and not the hardwood ceiling. Our room had the ceiling. Most rooms have the ceiling. They need to update their photos to more accurately show the experience."

"I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference!"

"Pool and 6th floor under construction, I was not informed of this and was disappointed to find out when I arrived. Not sure if I received a discount on my stay because of it. I was on 4th floor, good amount of construction noise during the days."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We stayed in the ocean view balcony suite. The suite was a nice size and exceptionally clean. The view was spectacular. The only downside was the resort not having anything that mentioned our anniversary, like a door banner or something cute on the bed as I did inform them what we were celebrating. Other than that, the stay was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend and return!"
