“We had to book very last minute after American Airlines messed up our flight back, and they were very accommodating on short notice. It was a great location and distance from the airport. Only stayed one night - the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Some of the facilities are showing their age, but it worked great for what we needed”

“The location was perfect, very close to Tropic Air airport. The staff was allways helpful and friendly. My only small issue was that it was the season for the Sea moss/seagassus and so we couldn't bathe in the beach in front of the hotel. We had to travel further up the beach until we found one that had ver few Seagassus to bathe in. My other small issue was that the TV was cutting off intermittently, I was told that there was construction on a new building next door, thus, that may be the...

“There was a staff member there that was very rude to us upon checking in and when my family and I wanted to go out and come back in, he refused to move his vehicle for us to park. We cannot park on the side street so we wanted to use the parking lot at that point. I had to contact the manager. We were supposed to be provided breakfast. There was none. I don’t think I would come back here when I’m in the city again.”

“This hotel was great for us. Really well priced and located. Had everything we needed and they rented us bikes for our entire stay which was perfect! There were some ants coming in at night but that didn't bother us much, it's pretty inevitable in my opinion. The ac was set sooo cold and we couldn't change the settings. We should've asked the host but we didn't so that's on us. Probably could have been remedied. Cold ac is probably a plus to many visitors :) ”
