"Good location. Main floor is a grocery store and staff was ok. Stairs only, so be prepared to haul luggage up. The a/c is loud. The bathroom faucet was full of scale except for the handles (from people using it) . I don't know why they don't clean it. The rest of the room appeared ok. Curtains are not blackout. "

"The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but "

We were out and about all day, so it wasn't a big issue, but if you're looking for a place to hang out for a beautiful beach day, this doesn't really work. "

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again. "

"The staff was amazing… the hotel is right off the beach. My husband and I stay for the Easter weekend the island was packed but you wouldn’t even know that once you get to the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean we had a great stay."
