“Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap”

“The property is clean!! Ground still need some work”

“The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better. ”
