“Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. ”

“Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. “Matachica is a great property. The staff is amazing. Very attentive and friendly. You truly have a luxury experience here why also maintaining the feeling you are on an island. The food is great and there isn’t a bad view on the property. Everything is a short walk to the beach which is amazing. Short drive to San Pedro if you want to experience what the locals have to offer. Will definitely be coming back.”
