“We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. “I loved the fact that the pool area overlooks the river. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Justin the shuttle bus driver was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the where to go shop and where to eat places. Such a humble young man…”

“Welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, though they smelled a teeny bit like smoke or something. We had two adjoining rooms and had to air them out for a bit. Also the breakfast (mini bar cereal) were stale. I mentioned it to them, and they replaced them. I would stay again!”

“Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! That were not staying there!!! Staff was great.. but so slow and only catered to my boyfriend and never asked what I wanted to drink.. ”

“The room was clean, air conditioning was cold and staff was great. It was a little hard to locate as it does not have a traditional lobby. The lobby is on the 2nd floor inside the Call center and casino tower. The lobby closes at a certain time and a number to call is posted, althought the staff is responsive.”

“Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.”

We had a brief one night stay before taking ferry to San Pedro, but fell in love with the fresh & clean room, traditional style of the casitas, two sparkling, secluded pools, the lush grounds & truly exceptional dining at their Martha's Cafe across the street. “The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. ”
