“Security is a concern. Many of the common areas were dark and felt unsafe. Reception is on the fourth floor accessed by a dark elevator. The door to the room was difficult to close properly and did not lock. Had to prop a chair to attempt to secure the door. No Towels in the room and none readily available. “The staff is friendly most of the time. The best person was Daisi, kitchen area and the morning chef, Mr. Ellis and Daisi always had an smile on her face and make me feel at home. The place is beautiful very clean, needs new furniture but everything was very nice, we will go back when we can. David was very nice too.”
