“The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach.”

All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! “Overall the hotel was nice! The water cooler was a very nice treat to have in the room. The water was nice and cold. The shower in my room was huge! Loved it!!! No hot water, but temp was okay. The only thing that was not good was the noise that the door was making because of the wind. It was knocking all night. Staff was friendly and very attentive!”

However, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had never been changed and that there was no availability for our third night. “This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

“The room itself is fine considering what you pay for. Its great it has a little living area and kitchenette. Although there are very easy fixes that need to happen. A light out in the bedroom. The shower head is so rusted almost no water comes out. I stay in budget friendly housing every couple months in caye caulker and this was the only place that was very rude to my husband during check in. You get what you pay for, but no excuse for the rudeness.”
