Hotel is on a quiet side street that taxis may not know. Have a map handy. It is close to SM City Mall and there's a convenient small shopping area nearby. I had a large room with window to hotel parking. Basic. Reception/staff are great.

The hotel had a nice large bathroom but the drain wasn't working right. The fixed it about 15 minutes after we asked about it. So great service! The location is hard to find they need a better sign but it's well placed to explore Cebu going malls, the seaport, and the airport. Google maps is your friend and follow it to a T.

Not cleaning the room with our 2 nights and 3 days stay lacking amenities no restaurant not even offer you water or coffee they should have ref because there’s no restaurant no elevator we to take our luggage to 3rd floors …toilets or washrooms are horrible water is everywhere when you take a shower it’s very dangerous of slipping a I’m very disappointed
