Male and female street vendors sell very different items on the streets of Cebu. Traffic is odd there, I've made a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic in rush hour and not waited over 30 seconds. The vast majority of folks are civil and play by the rules.

Add only a small fee and they will serve unlimited coffee with your meal which certainly wouldn’t even break the bank!
