Clean and modern hotel near the historic district. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mattresses were very firm and the fridge didn’t work, but overall the room surpasses most hotels in Cebu. Definitely staying here on my next visit.

Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu
Huge resort, popular with Korean guests. Comfortable, although a bit dated suite with a nice ocean view (unfortunately, it was rainy). Breakfast buffet with many good options, although very crowded. Much more quiet in the club lounge on the eighth floor.
