"This hotel is a nasty place. There is garbage everywhere, used condoms in the courtyard, overflowing leaking garbage cans in the hallway, the railing is so rusted it looks like it's about to collapse. After I checked in and found this out I contacted Expedia to complain and get my money back. The hotel used pictures from a different hotel on the Expedia site. I proved this to Expedia and they were no help at all. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and all I could get was a $25 credit which they never gave me. I will no longer use Expedia for anything ever again being they let people do fraud on their customers."

"This wasn’t my first choice but given it was graduation weekend and I didn’t want to spend 400 for a one night stay, I got what I paid for. It was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. The tub drain wouldn’t drain and there was a few fruit flies in my room. The breakfast was decent and staff was nice."

"Everything was very nice. People, room, and the food. May never travel that way again , but if I do I will definitely stay there. They really went out of there way to make our stay a comfortable one. Hats off to the server at Roses bar for ensuring that we had a great experience."
