I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing hotel and its incredible staff! My cousin and our 80+Moms used the hotel as a home base for 9 days, while exploring Puglia by car. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful and patient with all our questions and offered amazing advice on places to eat and see. Christina at the front desk works so hard to take exceptional care of each guest. The fantastic Christian enthusiastically greeted us every morning and made sure we were well taken care of. He remembered our coffee preferences and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were his only guests. This Canadian girl will miss seeing Christian for breakfast every morning😢 Our rooms were absolutely adorable and spotless and cleaned every few days with fresh towels daily. Beds are comfortable, towels are fluffy and the rooms are well stocked. New windows block out any noise. The plaza where the hotel is located is filled with locals giving guests a taste of authentic village life. We loved trying to converse with many in our broken Italian. The entire village made us feel welcome and cared for. We genuinely felt that over a week we made new friendships. If you are looking for an authentic Italian village experience while taking in all Puglia has to offer, you need to stay here. Oh and there’s also a very unique and wonderful grotto spa!!

Great service, nice location, suggested. Maybe more water bottles in the fridge, some AC a bit more powerful and a second key for 2 guests automatically would be great but overall really great and suggested.

Amazing amazing hotel! I was traveling by myself and I just needed a hotel for one night, and I found this hotel but I was a little skeptical because they had 10 out of 10 in customer reviews and that’s always suspicious lol, plus it was actually very affordable but when I got there, I was shook! It truly was amazing, the interior,the staff- everything. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone really, both couples and traveling alone or with friends. It was very very nice. And if you have a partner- It was very romantic. Thank you!

We actually extended our stay as we loved this beautiful hotel. The village is small and a car is required but lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We loved the spa - incredibly relaxing and very cost effective. The hotel room is large with lots of storage and has fridge. Gorgeous bathroom. But the highlight was our breakfasts with Giovanni. Many quality choices and of course the cappuccino! Terrific service by all staff. Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Plaza Carrisi. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Cellino San Marco isn’t a big tourist area so, outside of the hotel, not many people spoke English. Our room was comfortable but, the towels were a little thin. There’s cafe across the street that just so happened to be just outside our window-it’s clearly a hangout for the locals, it got noisy at times but, it wasn’t unbearable. The spa was gorgeous and the services were very reasonably priced. There weren’t too many restaurants open when we visited (I think it’s busier in the summertime) but we had the best meal at Zio Gianni! Cellino San Marco is central to Lecce, Brindisi, Squinzano, and other city centers that made it a very convenient “home base” for our trip.

We highly recommend this spot! It's an amazing little gem that offers a truly unique experience. The hotel owner has painstakingly rebuilt the entire neighborhood block; the area is so charming and perfect it honestly looks like you've walked onto a movie set. Plus, the hostess gave us an amazing dinner recommendation only a two-minute walk away. Don't hesitate—book your stay

Wat een bijzonder en prachtig hotel!! Kruip-door-sluip-door-gangen in volledig hoogwaardige gerestaureerde vintage stijl. Geen 2 kamers hetzelfde. Prachtig, al die ornamenten en gewelfvorming. Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Houdt er rekening mee, dat het hotel in/aan een voetgangersgebied ligt en je dus niet met de auto voor de deur kunt stoppen. Parkeren aan de kant van de weg in een van de kronkelende straatjes. Jammer: We konden met geen van onze (6) devices contact met het internet maken; weten echter niet waar dit aan lag... We verbleven slechts 1 nacht en maakten er dus geen punt van, maar als wij hier langdurig zouden verblijven zou de grap er al snel af zijn (gelukkig hadden wij ons dezelfde dag elders online ingecheckt bij de vliegmaatschappij, hoewel dat natuurlijk ook geen drama hoeft te zijn...)

Hôtel charmant et stylé.

Séjour parfait restera dans la mémoire pour longtemps, chambre de rêve, personnel adorable pret à satisfaire nos moindres desirs. Seul bemol pour loi chalbre avec vue sur place charmante mais très fréquentée à partir de 18h et un peu bruyante malgré le double vitrage isolant.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer. En dit heeft een reden. Leuke sfeer, prachtige inrichting. Er is aan alles gedacht. Ook het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Iedere dag schone badlakens en handdoeken. Alles netjes en schoon. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van hun spa. Zeker een aanrader, vooral de lichaamsmassage.

Bellissima struttura nella piazza centrale di Cellino San Marco, facilità di parcheggio gratuito, hotel molto elegante e camere molto belle e con tutte le comodità. Personale fantastico, gentile e disponibile, un plauso per Mimmo , il cameriere della prima colazione . Posizione ottimale per visitare il Salento . Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la Spa , ma dalle immagini, credo sia anche questa all’altezza della struttura.
