"1) consideration shud be given to accept early check-in, perhaps at a cost. Really not nice to be traveling for hours & have to wait hours for a room at standard check-in time of 3pm 😖 2) staff service was exceptional at all restaurants & bars. Even when a deficiency existed, they were quick to make amends, & boy did they make up for it. 3) food was tasty & good, closest to feeling at home. So many options to choose from, something for all palates. 4) those bar tenders, great job guys!! 5) excellent idea to have the coco lounge open 24 hours to satisfy cravings & for those who missed dinner. 6) room was on point, exceptionally clean. All amenities within was of ‘A’ grade status 7) plenty activities/entertainment to keep everyone entertained. 8) pool was always clean & server there worked extremely hard. Can't remember his name but he was there the 1st & 2nd to last day. 9) staff are a bunch of very hard working, respectful individuals who shud be tipped for their attentive & on point service. 10) though the property is not beach front, there were no issues catching the shuttle that runs every 20 minutes, to get to their private beach club (shared beach). Staff there were very friendly and helpful. Lunch is also available, though we left before then. The beach club view was very scenic, picture perfect. 11) great idea for Mexican craft night market. Hyatt, though the check-in was shoddy, we forgive you….you owe us NOTHING! Thank you! Truly live up to your brand"
