"Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, "

"Gorgeous property with amazing staff that actually care you have a pleasurable experience. Everything was clean and beds were comfy. Booked the room with balcony and the view of the mountains were breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows made the view even more stunning. Only flaw was that the sink smelled like they were having a sewer issue. They moved us to a different room and problem was solved."

"The facilities and service were mostly excellent. I was disappointed with how difficult it was to get hot water to take a shower. Front desk clerk says I should have said something and they could have done something to make it work better. Guess I expect more when I'm paying over $200 per night. Is working hot water something I need to ask for? Staff was excellent and helpful though."
