"The evening mgr HH was a warm welcome after a long drive, and almost everyone staying there participated in the free drinks and snacks. The workout room has some top end treadmills. The pool room was overly hot and humid, but the cool water was a good balance. One of the three elevators stopped working the evening we were there, and lasted through the next busy morning, which made breakfast and checkout time a bit more challenging getting to and from our room. The two queen room was spacious and clean to our expectations. The breakfast was really good, but it got busy at times. Luckily we didn't want a made to order omlet, as there was a constant long line for those. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hot Springs."
