“To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When I first requested a room change due to the noise outside my room, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes without anything being done. The staff kept telling me, “Just five more minutes.” It would have been much better if they had given me a more realistic estimate of how long it would actually take. In the second room, I could...

“Banyo lif koymak lazım. Süt kreması.”

“5-stars resort in the middle of West Tyan Shan mountains near large artificial lake. I stayed only one night but was pleasantly surprised by amenities (pool etc.) Very new, staff doing a lot and beyond. Surprisingly good chef in restaraunt- amazing desserts! Excursions available-it seems that they are well connected with local drivers. Highly recommend.”
