"All the amenities that made me choose this hotel were unavailable after my children and i traveled hours to get there and trying to get there quickly so that my children could use the pool before they closed for the night while checking in I was told the pool closes at 10 after getting settled in and getting to the pool with one hour left the pool closed an hour early. Then after some time I noticed they had cocktail hour until 1 am I walk in the area to be told they are already closed at 12 am with the explanation that the hours sign has been there for 35 years but that they actually close at 12. As soon as that pool closed I wanted to cancel my stay and go elsewhere. I was there for an annual dance competition for my daughter and I will not be using this hotel again in the future."
