"The hotel was very clean and spacious. We loved the view! The toilet was having some issues flushing but nothing major. The staff was quick, kind and attentive and they accommodated a late check out for us. I do wish breakfast was included like some of the other hotels near by but overall it was a great stay!"

"The property was little bit outdated and it's different than pictures on website. Especially the room setting was wired like that no light near a mirror and a pillar was in between mirror & bathroom door.so it wasn't useful... The fireplace was really close to one of bed, it seems not safe to use it. I stayed the Village tower queen and they advertising for glass door bathroom but it's outdated bathroom with cloth shower curtain. It wasn't worth for what I paid. But it's cute and decent place for staying one night."

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It isn’t a great location right next to the Barnyard which had some great restaurants and where my wife got a massage. It was also across the street from another strip mall that had a lot of other convenient places. And it was only 2 miles away from Carmel-by-the-Sea where we went and had a great dinner at La Bicyclette. We ended our night with a drink at the onsite restaurant which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this for your stay in Carmel."
