“The location is excellent. It was very clean. Many thoughtful touches for guests— pantry items, drinks in fridge, toiletries. Good water pressure and nice hot water! They seem like nice people. Unfortunately the bed was hard and the pillows were old and so I didn’t sleep well.”

“Heating was a wall unit, extremely loud and noisy, beds were old and squeaky, carpets were not clean , garage was a block away, no bellman.”

“Room was fine nothing special. Breakfast was very lean and could of been better. When I booked it said room had a water view, it had a view of the parking lot. The staff didn't make any adjustments and initially said they couldn't accommodate my request because no rooms were available with water views. The hotel is in a great location convenient to downtown.”

“Steve, the owner, is an incredible host; communicative, helpful and just a happy, welcoming man. Property was beautiful with everything you need, including garden seating outside and a cozy, warm dining area. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.”

“Bay View is a lovely small hotel in a great location. The morning breakfast bar and the rooftop bar/restaurant were nice amenities. I am still telling people about the shower. 😄 I never found a vending machine - that's the only suggestion I would make.”

“Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, beautiful grounds, and large room and bathroom. Convenient location.”

“Very nice staff, clean room and close to everything we wanted to do”
