"Amazing staff. Parking attendant was incredibly friendly and check-in was lovely. We were only here overnight and weren’t in the hotel much, our only complaint was that the beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft."

"This is a lovely property. Easy to get to and located in a great area of Downtown Denver. The upstairs balcony area offers spectacular views of Downtown. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed while we were there and that’s one of the reasons we picked this location. We had small children that would have benefited by having an in house restaurant. A heads up before we checked in would have been helpful."

"The staff was not well equipped to answer needs right away. They never brought out sheets for the pullout bed . I called the front desk multiple times with no answer then finally they answered but never dropped it off. I had to have my son sleep on a blanket to cover the mattress."

"Room with Mountain View was great. Room was very spacious and clean. The facility and activities were average. Comparing with other resorts like the Gaylord I would much rather stay at Gaylord. I like that we got to stay here and have the experience but don’t think I would come back again."
