The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. “A decently priced stay if you're planning to stay longer than a week. Fantastic location, close to a lot of things that make Denver, Denver. Good amount of parking on site, only had to park on the street once during my week long stay and it was *right* next to the door. Later on a parking spot opened up and I just moved my car there. “We’ve had 2 family vacations here and like it for the price and location. The owner is great. Hot tub, grills and outdoor fire pits and seating areas are great. Cabins themselves are run down but not a huge inconvenience. ”

“Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. To get out of the valet area you have to turn down a really tight alleyway lined with dumpsters. If you go out and return around midnight when we did, they won’t be there to park your car.
