I booked two rooms and one room had a towel on the floor, the other room had tissues on the floor, and there was no step towel in front of the bathtub. I told the hotel about these things and asked them to fix them, but there was no action or communication. The last time I stayed there, it was fine, so...

“For a reasonably priced accommodation, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this place is perfect. Conveniently located next to the Rocky Mountain National Park, a town with all shopping, dining and surrounded by the natural beauty of nature. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms were not large but for my purposes, I wanted a clean and conveniently located place to sleep and this fit the bill. I would come again.”

“We loved our cabin! It was spacious enough, kitchen and large bathroom. It was spotless inside and very cozy. The cabins are in a private, quiet location in the woods and near a stream. It was a beautiful setting! We would stay there again!”

“We really enjoyed the property and we were pleased with the cleanliness of every area. The noise from fellow guests was a problem for all. Not sure how you solve that issue, but in a glamping tent environment, the property really needs to enforce quiet hours.”

“One of the main reasons we chose your indoor Pickle-ball !!!!! And upon checking in at your front desk we questioned your host. Everything she told us, the court was nice, a lot of people used it, people were limited to 30 minutes on the court to allow everyone to have a chance and I could go! The truth is the court is a liability. The room is not suited for a court, The width does not allow for the net. The court boundary is wall to wall and should have 2 to 4 feet around the court for...
